My name is Yasmine - but you can call me Yaz - and I am a Virtual Assistant. I have been dabbling in social media and design since around 2019, and officially became a Virtual Assistant in August 2022. Now, a bit more about me. 

​

I am based in Lincolnshire and live with my partner, our son and our black Labrador, Roxy. My partner and I both have a background in hospitality, hence why I offer support with event and wedding planning. Weddings are something I am very passionate about, and following my sister-in-law's wedding back in 2022, I decided to complete a course to strengthen my skills in wedding planning.

So why did I go from Wannabe Wedding Planner to Virtual Assistant? 

​

At the time of my sister-in-law's wedding in March 2022, my son was just three months old. I knew that by the time August came around, I would have to return to work. I knew I couldn't return full time (working front of house in a pub really doesn't fit a baby's schedule), so I decided to return part time and look for another job that would have enough flexibility to fit in around being a parent.

I found a job position on Indeed for a 'Virtual Assistant'. Having never heard this term before, I read the job description and realised that a lot of the required skills were things I actually had experience in. So I applied, and here I am, all these months later, starting my own Virtual Services business. 

​

The beauty of Virtual Assistance is I can align it with my passions - Wedding Planning, Designing & Creativity, Writing & Editing and Organisation. So you know that with whatever task you would like me to complete, I will be putting in my all to reach the final product that we will both be happy with.
